This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of stormwater management facilities owned by Battleshield North-West Limited, in support of a proposed warehouse development serving an emergency vehicle assembly plant, complete with an asphalt driveway, a surface parking area and a gravel outdoor storage; and a grassed area for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 333 Corduroy Road, within the Industrial Park, in the Township of Russell, United Counties of Prescott and Russell, Ontario.
The stormwater management design includes a dry pond and a stormceptor for quantity and quality control; conveying runoff to the Wood Eadie Municipal Drain, and ultimately discharging within the Lower Ottawa - South Nation Watershed.
