Please do not cut corners when it comes to pollution. The energy sector does not need gasoline or coal. Solar, wind, and minimally intrusive hydroelectric can create energy with no risk of spills. If spills do happen there should be something about protecting the animals. And consider a ban in testing effluent using fish.
