This is a simple cash grab for high level donors and supports of this government.
Most of this act will be challenged in the courts and the government will lose, again.
Spending taxpayer dollars trying to do what they want rather than abiding the laws that govern them.
This is going to be a giant waste of tax dollars and the only thing allowing this to move forward is the conservatives ego!
