regarding the Municipality giving permission
for a private waste or water supply

when you say municipality has to agree .
and they get to that conclusion by studying the proposal .

if I understand it now
any person or group wanting a private sewerage plant for example .

Takes their plan to building department .
then their staff review . AND based on what the building code and the rules in the code that dictate sewage size etc ?
IETHER project is Ok or needs changes to be allowed .

Does this change mean building code rules are not factored in ?

I need clarification ?
