Here's something Bright? Why doesn't the GOV of ONT, recycle the used tires into asphalt products to repair our POOR highways and CITY road's. Just too many benefits that make common sense? Noise reduction, freeze thaw conditions, traction benefits, lower maintenance (potholes).
Get it together, stop wasting tax payers dollars. USA already paving with recycled tires, homework is done.
