The enclosed Cover Letter is being submitted in support of the creation of a new settlement area within the Township of Selwyn. The letter intends to respond to the proposed County Official Plan and provides justification for the lands municipally known as 634 Lily Lake Road as a candidate for settlement area creation. The re-designation of the property along with surrounding lands is requested to support the County in achieving established Provincial growth and intensification targets. Please refer to the enclosed Cover Letter for a detailed review of the proposal.
