These change do not help the species they claim to, but rather this proposal is obviously capitulation to the demands of developers. Do not do this. It is embarrassing and shameful that you would even put this forward.
Grow a spine and produce legislation that benefits all of Ontario, not just self-interested myopic business people who will gleefully destroy everything for a chance to make a bank account statement larger.
