The ammendment regarding Redside Dace is short sighted and obviously motivated by the development of the Bradford Bypass. You cannot choose an adjacent waterway and call it a rehabilitation area if rehabilitation isn't already occurring. This is a ploy to speed up the highway project at the cost of our delicate ecosystem.
