This upper basin of Shebandowan Lake is in on a Restricted Area Order portion of the lake due to the at risk indigenous lake trout population. This proposal totally contradicts the restrictions in place to protect this cold water ecosystem. There should be no additional lots made available with or without septic systems to put the lake at further risk. This was known as at the time of purchase and development of this land and should not be allowed
