To the ERO -

Does the WGCC have proof of a sufficient outlet for this type of irrigation water?
Is the culvert located on our land been used over the past twenty years as an outlet for this irrigation water?

The PTTW numbers are 6030-A6YLR6 and 68526NEPKG and we believe they have been using this outlet consistently since May 2006 when the permit was first applied for.

Our culvert needs to be repaired asap and it would be helpful to know how much unnatural or irrigation water has been is being drawn.
