In reviewing the proposed Peterborough County Official Plan, there are a number of factors overlooked in the decision process.
These include the failure to look after landowners and assist them in growing family farms to families. Agricultural lands were not tested and scored based on actual production, as Douro- Dummer soil is marginal in production, unless you are looking at the growth of rocks- which it continues to do well.
I would ask that this please be pushed back to the County of Peterborough to review further as they have jumped without proper review times due to COVID-19.
