I do not support these amendments. They are detrimental to the species in question and to the people of Ontario at large who will suffer in the long term for this loss of biodiversity. You cannot undo some of these harms proposed in these amendments, a waiting period of 30 day is minimal in terms of protecting a tree that is at risk and may never grow back if damaged.
