This application is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for management of stormwater at 225 Artesian Industrial Parkway, Bradford, to satisfy Condition 16 of ECA No. 1194-DGHNWE.
Proposed stormwater management facilities will feature rural style on-site measures and stormwater is expected to naturally infiltrate into the groundwater through the gravelly surface area, with no overland flow or evidence of erosion.
Draglam Waste and Recycling Inc.'s ECA No. 1194-DGHNWE was issued to operate a dry non-hazardous waste transfer station at 225 Artesian Industrial Parkway, Bradford.
The site operations include receipt, sorting, temporary storage and dispatch of materials. Condition 16 of ECA No. 1194-DGHNWE stipulates: “Prior to the receipt of waste at the Site, the Owner shall obtain an approval under Section 53 of the OWRA for the management of stormwater at the Site.”.
