This proposal is for an amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 0001109656 for Polycorp Ltd., a rubber and rubber products manufacturing facility, located in Elora, Township of Centre Wellington, Ontario.
This is a noise only amendment for the completion of the Noise Abatement Action Plan and approval of a new roof blast unit and exhaust fan for Press #22, new press line exhaust, new mill exhaust, a relocation of Roof Blast 4 and make-up air units, and the addition of an enclosure to the process exhaust stack motors.
