Description of instrument
Drain Bros. Excavating Limited has applied to amend their approved site plan to allow for the importation of clean inert fill, raising the final grades on a portion of the licensed area by a maximum of 14 metres.

Drain Bros. Excavating Limited operates this site under the authority of Licence # 3261 under the Aggregate Resources Act.
Site plan information is available to view at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) Peterborough District office. Making an appointment to view the information is recommended to ensure aggregate staff will be available to provide information and answer questions.

This proposal has been forwarded to the township of Otonabee-South Monaghan, the County of Peterborough, Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, Otonabee Region Conservation Authority and landowners within 120m of the licensed boundary for their comments.
