A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Joseph & Company Inc for an industrial stormwater management (SWM) works to service a metal recycling facility located at 34 Lancaster Street West, in the City of Kitchener.

Permit to Take Water No. 1132-D8RQ8X was issued to Lavern Heideman & Sons Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3415-9MGPM9 for other Industrial purpose. Water will be taken from one pond, located in Eganville, County of Renfrew, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8275305508 was issued to Miller Group Inc. on September 4, 2024 for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one well at the Miller Concrete Plant, located at 6690 Minto Line 12 in Harriston, Ontario.

Approval is granted to 2667804 Ontario Inc. ( Operating as Recycle City ) to operate the waste transfer/processing facility for acceptance and processing of solid non-hazardous waste, liquid industrial waste, and hazardous waste, liquid soil from hydrovac operations.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000155 to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been granted to Stubbe's Redi-Mix Inc., a ready-mix concrete plant and precast plant, located at 44 Muir Line, Harley Township, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to The Recycling Depot GP Inc. for the establishment, use and operation of sewage works at the waste processing and soil recycling facility site located at 529 Tiffin Street, in the City of Barrie.

The variance is approved.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for 2145675 Ontario Inc. for the operation of a mobile crushing plant, equipped with a crusher, onboard diesel engine, and material transfer equipment.

Licensee was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit and quarry in the City of Sault Ste. Marie. 

New Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2256078790 was issued to York Major Holdings Inc., Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes serving Phase 1 of the proposed Chelsea Eagle Point Development, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Millbank Sawmill Inc. for the operation of a sawmill facility located in the township of Perth East, County of Perth, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to 2404676 Ontario Limited, for the establishment of a proposed sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system servicing proposed Phase 2 and existing Phase 1 developments of Thorold Gateway Center, located at 1040 Thorold Stone Road, Thorold, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 4718-D4ZJ92 (“CPU”) was issued to The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene on August 29, 2024, as part of the development plans for the property located at 111 Robert Street West in Penetanguishene, Ontario.

On August 30, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 337/24 in the City of Port Colborne. The Zoning Order was requested by the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

Permit to Take Water No. 5086-D5XRRZ was issued to FNX Mining Company Inc. on July, 10, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0466-AJ8HRM for water supply and dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from two (2) wells located in Sudbury, Ontario for 10 years.

On August 21, 2024, the Town of Ajax notified the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing that the request for a zoning order on lands known municipally as 1401 Harwood Avenue North has been formally withdrawn.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent to create one new lot for seasonal recreation was granted on April 22, 2024, subject to conditions. A Notice of Change, dated August 29, 2024, has amended the list of conditions.
