The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000011 to 2771906 Ontario Inc. for early exploration activities approximately 67 kilometres south of Timmins, Ontario, in Sothman, Semple, Halliday and Nursey Townships, District of Sudbury, Northeast Region.

This decision is to renew Permit To Take Water No. 1648-9Q6NSE for The Jewish Theological Society of Canada for water supply purposes. Water will be taken from Skeleton Lake for Camp Ramah in Canada, located in Utterson, Ontario. Permit to Take Water Number P-300-1510875554 was issued on March 4, 2021 for a period of ten years.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit To Take Water No. 7267-B65Q4N for permanent drainage dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 2444-BYRSER was issued on March 5, 2021 for a period of ten years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-20-000368 to Greg Smith for early exploration activities near Red Lake, Ontario.

The decision is to : Issue

The Ministry is proposing to issue a permit to Pacton Gold Inc. to undertake early exploration activities. The location of the activities is 8 km southeast of Red Lake ON.

On March 1, 2021 the ministry issued an exploration permit located approximately 90 kilometres North West of Wabauskang First Nation Ontario, in Skinner Township, Corless Township, District of Kenora, North West Region.

No changes are proposed to the enhanced minister’s zoning authority. The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing will exercise their discretion, on a case by case basis, in using the authority.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for drainage purposes. Water will be taken from foundation drains located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 5212-BYKRSM was issued on March 02, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 6024-BKCRLP has been issued to Richardson Ridge Inc. on January 6, 2020 for construction dewatering in Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of December 30, 2023.

This New Permit To Take Water for Blythe Dale Holsteins Ltd. for aggregate washing purposes at the Leitch-Gover Pit located at Lot 3, Concession 5, Municipality of Thames Centre, County of Middlesex was approved under Permit No. 5765-BYBR3L. This Permit expires on March 1, 2031, and was approved on March 1, 2021.

An Environmental Compliance Approval has been granted to Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. The mine is located 70 kilometres south of Paint Road from Highway 17 in Wawa, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to Carson Road Development Inc. for the establishment of storm sewers to service Phase 1A of Midhurst Carson Road - Mick's subdivision, located on a property legally described as Lot 14, Concession 6 in the Township of Springwater, County of Simcoe, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to 734230 Ontario Limited for the establishment of sanitary and storm sewers, as part of Phase 2 of the Wood Avenue roadway construction, located in the Town of Smiths Falls, County of Lanark, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted for industrial stormwater management works serving 1819543 Ontario Inc., located at 477 Aspdin Road, in the Town of Huntsville.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5513-BNVLF8 on April 30, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0147-8AKRQ6, for Wolfe Island Riverfront Golf Course Inc. located in Frontenac Islands, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6016-82YSEB for ICG Golf Inc. for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Bradford Highlands Golf Club.
