We have issued Environmental Compliance Approval No. 0001106042 to Skyline Real Estate holdings Inc., as a general partner for and on behalf of Skyline Real Estate Limited Partnership for a micro-turbine that provides power and heat to a residential apartment building located in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on August 19, 2019 regarding application 57-C-173176 for the creation of one new recreational lot on Centre Lake at PIN 31387-0075 in Galbraith unincorporated township, District of Algoma. We amended Ontario Regulation 172/03 under the Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002. The amendments to O. Reg. 172/03 have been filed under O. Reg. 209/19. The changes ensure greater alignment with the new “Environmental Compliance Approval in Respect of Sewage Works” regulation, Ontario Regulation 208/19, under the Environmental Protection Act.
