The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works to Grant Castle Corp., located at 2985 Country Road 43, unit 1, in the Town of North Grenville.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted to Sterling Fuels Limited for a Stormwater Management (SWM) Works servicing their site located at 180 Pier 24 Gateway in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4662-DMGJWW was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. on October 21, 2022. Water will be taken from two ponds, located in the Township of Chatsworth, Ontario, for industrial aggregate washing purposes.

The Permit to Take Water No. 8265-DJLJF8 was issued to Musselwhite Mine Ltd. on September 22, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 4846-A2DGU5. Water will be taken from one pond for pit and quarry dewatering purposes, located in the District of Kenora, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 3083-DLTN2S was issued to 1292485 Ontario Inc. on September 25, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 0728-9XBRHZ. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 1415-DLRL77 was issued to Wayne Peter Steffler on September 25, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 4213-9XCNZG. Water will be taken from six wells for aquaculture purposes, located in Blandford-Blenheim, Ontario.

An amendment to the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 1304-9SYTSM has been issued to Sun Pharma Canada Inc. (former name: Taro Pharmaceuticals Inc.), a manufacturer of topical pharmaceuticals located in the City of Brampton, Ontario.

An Amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to Waterloo Electroplating & Metal Finishing Inc., located in the City of Waterloo, Ontario. This approval includes emissions from the sources associated with two metal finishing lines of the facility.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000131 to Nord Precious Metals Mining for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.
