Proposal details

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is in receipt of the Mississauga Official Plan 2051 for a decision, which was adopted by the City of Mississauga’s municipal council on April 16, 2025, pursuant to sections 17 and 26 of the Planning Act by By-law 0069-2025.

Once approved, the Mississauga Official Plan 2051 will replace the current Official Plan and the former Region of Peel Official Plan, as it applies to the City.
