This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for stormwater management works serving a proposed expansion of the existing Kubota Parking lot along the west side of the site located at 25 Commerce Road, in the City of Orillia, County of Simcoe, Ontario.
The proposed sewage works, designed for quality and quantity control of the runoff, will include storm sewers, ditches, short-term surface storage, enhanced grassed swales and an oil/grit separator; discharging via the Commerce Road ditch, Highway 11 Corridor and Silver Creek, within the North River watershed.
