Proposal details
Application has been made by Burnt River Properties Inc. to permit extraction within the existing 15m setback areas along the southern licence boundary and the southern half of the western licence boundary, as the adjacent lands are owned by the licensee. The request is being advanced concurrently with a related application to permit extraction below the water table within a portion the licence area; further details on the below water extraction component are available under Environmental Registry of Ontario No. 026-0136.
