Proposal details

The purpose of this application is to create 1 new lot through a consent in the Unincorporated Township of Lybster. The proposed severed lot has a frontage of 265.25 metres, depth of 152.43 metres and an area of 4.04 hectares. It contains a house originally built in 2018 (rebuilt 2026) and outbuildings. The proposed retained lot has a frontage of 1249.75 metres, depth of 247.67 metres, and an area of 28.33 hectares. It contains a home built in 1990’s, garage built in approximately 2000, and outbuildings. Private servicing is proposed.

The subject lands are located on Old School Road, maintained by the Lybster Local Roads Board, approximately 3 kilometres west the Townships of O’Connor and Gillies.
