We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval for the upgrades to the existing works for the treatment and subsurface disposal of domestic sewage to service Fiddlehead Resort Camp, consisting of 46 trailer sites, comfort station, 3-bedroom dwelling, and three cottages located at 50 Oliphant Way in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to recognize existing seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works, receiving a daily average flow of approximately 28,500 litres per day, to service the existing Shady Pines Campground located at 11316 Petty Street in the Municipality of North Middlesex, County of Middlesex, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 5540-CMTT3F was issued to Creemore Springs Brewery Limited on January 17, 2023 to renew Permit No. 0845-AQRRH2 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one surface water source to provide water for industrial brewery making activities located in Creemore, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted for Lakhani Holdings Ltd. for sewage works to serve the Shawneeki Golf Club, located at 18543 Woodbine Avenue in Sharon, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 2834-CMZPQ2 was issued to Burlington Golf and Country Club Limited on January 16, 2023 to renew Permit No. 1268-8YWQLE for commercial golf course irrigation purposes for 10 years. Water will be taken from one lake located in Burlington, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 6454-CGJJCS was issued to Chayell Palm Canada Ltd. on January 16, 2023 with no changes as part of the development plans for the property.

Approval was granted to Sturgeon Falls Brush and Contracting Limited to establish and operate a sawmill facility near Sturgeon Falls, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (air) to Imperial Oil Limited, a refinery for crude oil to produce propane and propylene, butane, gasolines, furnace fuel, diesel oil, aviation fuel, heavy fuel oil, and asphalt, located at 225 Concession 2 in Nanticoke, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) has been granted to Innocon Inc. (formerly Teskey Concrete Company Corp.), a ready-mix concrete batching facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Approval was granted to Stefan Szeder to establish and operate a wood fibre by-product facility on the site of the former Barwick Peat Plant near Barwick, Ontario.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) to 931080 Ontario Inc. operating as Rahnmet, a non-ferrous foundry and fabrication facility producing and repairing steel, cast iron, and bronze parts for rock crushing machinery, located in the City of North Bay, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for stormwater management works serving ICL Management Inc located at the Brunel Road Quarry, a Class “A”, Pit/Quarry (ARA License # 618021), located on Part Lot 16, Concession 4, Geographic Township of Brunel Huntsville, Ontario.

R. W. Tomlinson Limited requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval. The application is considered withdrawn, and no approval was issued.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4066-CMTRGT for Formosa Springs Brewery 1870 Inc. on January 9, 2023, which cancels and replaces permit No. 2473-ARLJE5. Water will be taken from two wells for industrial purposes at a manufacturing facility located in Formosa, Ontario.
