This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 40,000 litres per day, to service seasonal worker bunkhouse located at 144 Kendall Road in the Village of Vittoria, Ontario.

Approval was issued to establish stormwater management works for the collection, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a catchment area of 3.27 ha. southern part of total 7.4 ha. site, including conveyance from 1.4 ha. external area, for the development of a marina including four storage buildings, one maintenance building and parking.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) has been issued for the replacement subsurface disposal works to service the existing site (Twin Lake Resort) along with the proposed renovations at the site.

An approval for stormwater works was granted to Geosoil Inc. located at 953 Wilson Avenue in the City of Toronto, within a mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential area. The property covers an area of approx. 1.60 ha and currently consists of an existing contractor’s yard used to stockpile soil and aggregates for manufacturing operations.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) was issued to BCP IV Service Station Limited, as a general partner for and on behalf of BCP IV Service Station LP, for the establishment of stormwater management works servicing a retail automotive gas bar and convenience store at 41 Upper Centennial Parkway in the City of Hamilton.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3004-CEZRNE on June 9, 2022 for 1705 Weston Road Holdings Limited for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken for long term drainage serving a multi-storey mixed use building with underground parking, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The new permit has an expiry date of June 6, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0104-CCXJCQ on March 29, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0260-C2FLTB for 1414 Bayview Dev GP Inc. Water will be taken for temporary construction dewatering activities to service a proposed development site, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A new PTTW 4333-CF5JAJ has been issued to 9287043 Canada Corporation on June 10, 2022 for dewatering purposes located in the City, of Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 7, 2027.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6159895362 on June 10, 2022 for 8188 Yonge Inc. Water will be taken for long-term drainage to service a proposed redevelopment site, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

The permit expires on June 30, 2027.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 0003-CE2VCD on May 5, 2022 ,which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7287-AWTPEG for North Hastings Community Fish Hatchery for aquaculture purposes located in the Town of Bancroft, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 31, 2028.

Stericycle, ULC notified the ministry on May 9, 2022, that they would be withdrawing the Environmental Compliance Approval application. As a result, the application has been cancelled. Should the proponent wish to pursue the proposal in the future, a new application is required to be submitted.
