We amended Renewable Energy Approval No. 4623-9W7K5Q for the Whitesand First Nation Cogeneration and Pellet Mill Project, located in an unorganized territory of the Thunder Bay District, near Whitesand First Nation and the community of Armstrong, to extend the expiry date of the approval.
Bill 5 was introduced on October 5, 2021, and if passed, would put a hold on the environmental assessment application for the Upper York Sewage Solution undertaking.
