A new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was granted for 100 mobile sewage works to Tomlinson Environmental Services Ltd. to treat sewage anywhere in Ontario.
Through the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is proposing amendments to the EAA. The amendments, if passed, will build on the vision for a modern environmental assessment program as proposed in the April 2019 discussion paper titled ‘Modernizing Ontario’s Environmental Assessment Program'.
We are updating the Technical Guideline: Cleaner Transportation Fuels (ministry guideline) under the Cleaner Transportation Fuels regulation. These are administrative updates to the previous version of the ministry guideline with respect to greenhouse gas performance values used in compliance calculations.
