The ministry issued an emergency Director's direction to the company in order to allow temporary storage capacity at two waste transfer facilities because the Breslau refining facility was shut down in April 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has resulted in increased holding times of used engine oils at the transfer facilities.
