Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on February 25, 2020 in respect of Application 54-C-196366 to register an easement over PIN 61315-0273 to access lands described as PIN 61315-0153, Henwood unincorporated township, District of Timiskaming.
