Please repeal Bill 5.
No progress is worth overriding the rights of communities and the ecosystems in them. Progress at any cost is unacceptable!
We have processes in place because it’s important to assess the ramifications of development and our actions. Protecting critical habitat and the rights of communities and indigenous peoples should be of the utmost importance.
You are taking us backwards with this bill and showing no care or concern for the future of this province or the young people that live here.
Your actions have long lasting consequences that are not worth a quick money grab.
I am begging you to repeal this bill. Ontarians did not vote for you to trample on their rights or their chances for a safe healthy future.
