Wills Associates Limited (Wills) on behalf of our Client, Mr. William Lennox has prepared this letter respectively requesting a modification to the The County of Peterborough’s Official Plan as adopted by their Council on June 29, 2022, and submitted soon after to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) for final approval. The modification requests consideration for expanding the urban settlement area boundary of Millbrook.
