This attempted change in policy is outrageous, and demonstrates the continued incompetency and corruption of the current provincial government. It will result in unmitigable environmental and cultural damage, and will worsen - if not destroy - the government's fledgling relationship with Indigenous communities.

Rejecting our history and destroying our environment for the sake of money is short-sighted and selfish, and does not constitute good or sensible policy.
