Take heed of the Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, the Mississaugas of the Credit and numerous others who have voiced apprehensions regarding these proposed changes. This plan will lead to diminished consultation with Indigenous communities during development processes, and the endangerment of Ancestral burials posed by these revisions.
The suggested alterations to environmental assessment requirements are deeply troubling.
This proposition fails to offer sufficient safeguards for archaeological heritage by prioritizing the wallets of developers.
