For various reasons, CELA does not support the proposed revocation of the Municipal Class EA or the passage of a new regulation that restricts EA requirements to a small number of municipal infrastructure projects. Accordingly, as outlined in the attached submission, CELA calls upon the Ontario government to withdraw and reconsider this proposal.
