The Special Economic Zones…

The Special Economic Zones framework leaves our province’s air, land, and water at the mercy of political discretion — not the law. As a Ontario primary care physician who has worked in healthcare for 30 years, I am deeply concerned about the impact of this framework on population health and health of our planet which are very interconnected. These safeguards are critical to keep in place so that we can combat some of the climate change and preserve Ontario for future generations.
