I have strong concerns about…

I have strong concerns about this legislation. Namely, these zones can be declared anywhere and possibility could be the entire province without any oversight. Also, there are no independent bodies to provide accountability to these "zones" and we are simply trust the people deemed by the Minister. Everything is just in the opinion of the Minister regardless of whether it is good for the taxpaying public. In addition, there is no requirement for risk mitigation given that there is also no independent oversight. Lastly, there is no indication that Indigenous rights or consultation will be perform, especially when it is likely that it at least some of these zones would be greatly impacting their lives. Please address these concerns for the greater good of the public.
