We need government to STRENGTHEN * not weaken * Ontario’s environmental safeguards.
We do not need an oligarch type provincial government.
Despite clear feedback from Indigenous communities, the draft regulation contains no mechanism to affirm Indigenous rights or consultation requirements.
If this legislation proceeds, the Ford and his government will be DUMPED out of office next election and these laws will be reversed anyway.
