The species at risk need to be returned on the list for protections. The wetlands must be protected. You are putting profits ahead of environment and potential for flooding basements and contaminating a vital water resource.
This proposal should NOT be allowed under any circumstances. There are enough places that are not environmentally sensitive that could be built upon.
