The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and stormwater management works serving Moderna Homes Design Inc. Townhouse Development, located on Lewis Street West in the Village of Merrickville-Wolford.
The stormwater management are works comprised of stormwater quality control, quantity control, and erosion control works, and include:
- storm sewers
- a stormwater management dry pond
- vegetated swales
Stormwater will discharge to the existing municipal storm system before outletting to the Rideau River.
