An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 8-4229-99-006 has been granted to Lafarge Canada Inc., for a ready-mix concrete plant located at 1489 Gillian Road, Bonnechere Valley Township, Ontario.

We have issued an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 8384-CH4LDQ for CAPREIT Apartments Inc. The proposal is to divert sewage from nine individual leaching beds, serving individual homes, to the existing 2008 Communal Sewage Works, which is proposed to be expanded to accommodate the additional flow.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Bruce Tait Construction Ltd. to amend the current site plan to allow a new entrance on the east side of the site in the Township of Secord.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4232007259 was issued to Copetown Woods Golf Club Inc. on March 7, 2024 to renew Permit No.0422-98SPR6. Water will be taken from one dugout pond and one well for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes for 10 years.
