We have approved the proposal for a renewal and amendment to Permit to Take Water No. 8760-A9PMHT for Scenic Woods Golf Club Limited. Water will be taken from one (1) watercourse, one (1) pond, and four (4) wells for golf course irrigation purposes.

We have issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to 2503544 Ontario Inc. for the establishment of stormwater management works to service the 2.8 ha Mount Brydges Vacant Land Condominium site located in the community of Mount Brydges, Strathroy-Caradoc Township, Ontario.

This decision has passed the appeal date.

An aggregate licence was issued to Dufferin Aggregates to make changes to the conditions of their licence to operate the Flamboro Quarry.  The annual tonnage is 3.5 million tonnes and the licenced site operates in Township of West Flamborough, City of Hamilton.

The variance is approved.  The underground tank must be removed by February 2021.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (Air and Noise) has been granted to CalClean, Inc. The facility undertakes soil and groundwater remediation at sites throughout Ontario.
