Approval is granted as a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) 9193-BJWHMQ, for Vaughan West II Limited, for the establishment of stormwater management (SWM) works to service proposed industrial warehouse building located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval Number 3197-BJWRKE was issued on January 13, 2020 for sanitary sewers and stormwater management works, serving the Sifton Properties Limited Rosewood Subdivision, located in the County of Middlesex, Municipality of Thames Centre.

This variance request has been approved.  The client must clean, purge and fill the tanks with concrete and they must remove the fill and vent pipes.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been granted to NGF Canada Limited, a manufacturer of rubber-reinforced fibreglass cord located in Guelph, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to GVZ Holdings Inc. for greenhouse stormwater management facilities located at 4301 Jordan Road, Town of Lincoln.

Bartek Ingredients Inc. has requested to withdraw the proposal for amendment to their current ECA No. 3331-75GRU3.

We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Industrial Sewage) No. 4788-BHAK4N for the establishment and use of a wastewater treatment system and a stormwater management facility at 1041 Gore Street, Township of Selwyn.

While all comments received were considered, we decided to make no amendments to the proposed legislative changes at this time.
