ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Where is the Duty to Consult!? This new model does not provide sufficient protection for archaeological heritage and our Indigenous Ancestor BURIALS. This will result in EVEN LESS consultation (which is already a huge problem in this industry) with Indigenous communities on development projects. This is a violation of our treaty rights and we WILL FIGHT BACK! We are tired of being treated this way by the Ontario government.
