I am in STRONG opposition to the proposed amendments under ERO 025-1363. Water protection is not an administrative hurdle. It is a vital safeguard that keeps water, ecosystems, and communities safe. STOP this trend of removing environmental protections disguised as efficiency. By weakening oversight, you increase systemic risk to freshwater systems, endanger communities, and undermine public trust. This outcome is unacceptable. Don't mess with WATER.
