Please find attached the City of Guelph's comments, questions, and recommendations regarding the proposed revision of the MCEA process. The City urges the ministry to consider the comments provided by Guelph and other municipalities, and to continue engagement with municipalities, the Municipal Engineer's Association, and other key stakeholders to refine the proposed process.
