It seems like the only difference is the 6-month timeline now, where before there is no set timeline for EAs. The supporting engineering studies and process sounds to be the same, correct? Proponents will still need to take inventory of environmental features. This is time sensitive due to breeding period of specific species. So, I am finding it difficult to understand the set timeline.
Also, would the pauses need to be communicated with the stakeholders?
