Wanted to say that I support these new regulations. They will certainly streamline the building of much needed public infrastructure and housing. Building rapid transit around dense housing quicker would be a huge win for both affordability and for the environment. I have worked as a labourer on archeological assessments for 5 years now and I can confidently say that the overwhelming majority of theme are completely unnecessary and do not lead to any additional investigation, only serving to delay the project by months or years.
