Archaeological assessments are so important, it would be ridiculous to allow anyone to build anywhere without having an archaeological assessment done on the land first.
Cutting corners is never the answer. Being thorough and following the guidelines that respect the land that we live on should be the only way.
Do not cut out Archaeological assessments.
