Very concerned that new roads are exempt from the EA process in this new proposed MPAP. A TMP does not consider environmental impacts and we need to ensure that environmental studies and consultation is properly completed, that is why the EA process was created in the first place. This is extremely concerning in the face of the climate crisis we are facing. This MPAP is decimating our defenses against projects that can undermine our efforts to lower our carbon emissions and improve our environment.
