I disagree with this legislation. Environmental assessment ensures people are buying houses that have already been vetted for a variety of issues that could cause problems down the line. It is our duty to ensure that all the biologists, geologists, and archaeologists are allowed to do their job and protect our past and future. Keep the regulations the way they are and keep construction companies and the foce accountable.
